Pravir D. Samarasinghe, a leading business figure, has been appointed as the Chairman of Hotel Developers (Lanka) Ltd., the owning company of Hilton Colombo.
Samarasinghe is also the Group CEO and Director of Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC, which manages the World Trade Centre in Colombo and Havelock City.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK), and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
