The Colombo High Court has scheduled a hearing for November 29 in the case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) against former Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella and former Chairman of the State Printing Corporation, Jayampathi Bandara Heenkenda.
The order was issued by Judge Sujeewa Nissanka today, with Rambukwella present in court.
Both are accused of misappropriating Rs. 230,000 in corporation funds to cover Rambukwella’s personal telephone bill between March and April 2012 during his tenure as Minister of Mass Media.
