The Ministry of Education has decided that all schools across the island will remain closed tomorrow, according to State Minister of Education Aravind Kumar.

This decision was made in light of the severe weather conditions affecting Sri Lanka. Initially, Provincial Education Secretaries and Directors were given the authority to decide on school closures for June 03.

However, the ministry has now mandated the closure of all government schools nationwide due to the ongoing inclement weather.
