Milk Powder Importers’ Association today (9) announced the revised prices of milk powder which will be effective from the same day.
Accordingly, the price of 1kg of milk powder will be increased by Rs. 250 while the price of 400 g is to go up by Rs. 100
After the price revision, 1kg of milk powder will be sold at Rs. 1,195.00 and the 400 gof milk powder will be sold at Rs. 480.00.
The gazette notification to scrap the the control prices imposed on milk powder, domestic gas, wheat flour and cement was issued yesterday (8) by State Minister of Co-operative Services, Marketing Development and Consumer Protection Lasantha Alagiyawanna.
