An injunction order was issued yesterday (15) against UNP Leader Ranil Wickremesinghe, UNP General Secretary Palitha Range Bandara and Secretary of UNP Disciplinary Committee Saminda Jayasekara by Colombo District Court.
Accordingly, the injunction ordee was issued preventing Wickremesinghe and others for replacing vacancies that have arisen following the removal of 21 UNP local government members island wide.
The order will be effective until 29 Spetember.
