The visa fees and fines have been revised as per the new Immigration and Emigration Regulations issued on 18 August 2021, the Department of Immigration and Emigration today (28) announced.
This has been done through and an Extraordinary Gazette.
According to the new gazette a foreigner staying in Sri Lanka without a valid visa will be charged a penalty of USD 500 apart from the visa fee.
