The Court of Appeal has issued a writ order to the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic, mandating the immediate registration of assembled vehicles purchased by 41 individuals whose registrations were previously denied.
Additionally, the court has directed that these vehicle registrations must be completed by 31 October.
The court also ordered the Commissioner General of Motor Traffic to compensate each petitioner with Rs. 10,000 to cover the costs of legal proceedings.
