Sri Lanka Railways (SLR) has announced a disruption in railway services on the up-country line following the derailment of a train.
The incident occurred with the Badulla-bound train from Colombo Fort, which derailed between Bandarawela and Heel-Oya railway stations.
As a result, the Badulla-Colombo night mail train scheduled for today has also been canceled.
